We support various groups in the area, whether its For Kids, the SPCA, or the local students from TCC, ODU, NSU, or CNU, Frank Spicer Co shows great pride in these institutions. We even let them paint our windows for homecoming. A great community starts with relationships and we try hard to lead the way in our local market.

Second, Frank Spicer Co, works hard to build lasting relationships with our customers. We even help many of our smaller restaurants by working in their kitchens when they are short handed on the weekends or evenings. This is a huge difference, because many of our competitors have never cooked in a commercial kitchen on a regular basis and do not get the ins and outs of practical knowledge.

The last way we differ from the competition is that Frank Spicer Co, has been in business since 1965. Founded by a veteran of World War II, our roots run deep with the military and the shipyards.

Most of the items listed on this site are instock and will be ready the next day. Occassionally we do run out of stock and in such case the item will be shipped when available within five business days.

For instore pickups please call be for pickup.

Terms

All sales are final within 10 days of reciept.

Claims for breakage or shortage must be made within 48 hours of reciept.

Orders cannot be cancelled after items ship.

Returns:

Authorization is required before returning goods.

Goods must be new and unused and in original packaging.

Customer is responsible for freight/shipping on all returns.

20% Restocking Fee on all returned orders.

Restaurant Equipment Orders:

Restaurant Equipment Orders are noncancelable after shipment.

All Equipment must be inspected in front of truck driver.

Any damages must be noted on Bill of Lading.

All Restaurant Equipment must be installed by certified technician. Failure to do so will void warranty. Frank Spicer Company is not responsible for warranty or voided warranty issues.
